This was a great family vacation. Especially loved being able to keep our boat in the water and having access to the dock. The only thing was that we were allowed to have two cars for our stay, but only given one gate pass to enter the campground. This made it a little challenging as we had two cars with people on different schedules. The gate people were not always happy to help us access the campground. Additionally, this was a tiny home, and many of the storage opportunities in the kitchen and closet were locked up for the host's use, so this was a little annoying, as we did not have any storage options. Other than this, we loved our stay and will definitely be back! The top loft is very small, so it takes a special person to stay up there.

Although Mother Nature was not cooperating and gave us mostly cold days (40-60s) and nights (20-40s), this little house gave us plenty of room and comfortable space to spend 10 relaxing and productive days. We were able to use the kayaks on several occasions because the water is well protected from the wind, so even a 50-60 degree day was perfect for several hours on the water. Same with the pool. Perhaps heated, but definitely sheltered from the worse of the cold wind so swimming at high 50 and above was enjoyable. The host was well communicative and asked for feedback to improve future stays. Adding a shower stopper to the shower head to conserve the hot water should be at the top of the list.

Everything was flawless- clear and detailed instructions. Home was beautiful, access to amenities in 1Hotel was great, we utilized the pool, rooftop pool, beach, etc. The residence side concierge was helpful, attentive. The actual home was beautiful and had a lot of nice touches. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful home, would stay again!

Magnificent corner unit with gorgeous city/ bay and side beach view. The 1 hotel is incredible and this unit was amazing; the bedroom was so comfortable and had a great sleep PLUS theres a washer dryer/ kitchenette and a full living room with a balcony. All the furniture and appliances are high quality and every little detail was thought of. Checking in was at the residence lobby which honestly felt like an exclusive concierge service- thats how nice and helpful all Staff members were. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Was exactly as listed. Very clean and easy to get into. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly to others. There are a couple of small beaches in the campground as well. Sitting on the patio in the morning for coffee was beautiful.

The tiny house was perfect for our group of 3 friends. The dock area is quaint. Great for morning coffee and breakfast. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

LOVED our time in the sweetest tiny house - it feels spacious and is well appointed. The location is great and outdoor dock deck doubles the living space and is a serene retreat. The Key Largo Kampground felt safe and welcoming and the amenities (beach/pool) were perfect. Only word to future renters - the ceiling in the shower is low … it was fine for those of us under 5’8, but I think would be tricky for taller visitors. Would absolutely recommend and plan to return - we had a fantastic time and felt right at home.

It was a very nice stay for me & my family. I got little late for check in due to traffic on my way but host handled it very well. Love this place. Will come back again as there's alot to do in key largo!!! Thanks ❤️❤️

Barbara is really nice we spoke on the phone. The place is clean and really big for a “tiny” home. Lots of furniture full kitchen living room dining room and bedroom tvs and acs in every room! Very comfortable and a great location and price
