Stunning place !! Super quiet even in South Beach. Amenities are amazing. This is the residence side, but it’s connected to the hotel I prefer having my own kitchen. Beach access and pool all included. Will definitely return!!

Perfect for spending a few days while having the ability to keep boat docked right outside and only a 1 time ramp fee. We spent 4 nights, it was easy check in through the office. We have never stayed in a tiny home before but the house was great for myself, BF (which is 6ft) and dog. Never felt cramped for space but we also spend all day outside on the water. 2 AC units, clean linens, comfortable bed, private tiki hut out front with lounge chairs by the water. Stocked with basic needs in kitchen for cooking but mostly we chose to find nearby restaurants to enjoy great food at, #1 Sharkeys, a locals place. There was plenty of space to park a full size truck and 22 ft trailer on the lot. The host was super quick to respond to my questions during the stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this campground, we have never had any negative issues or complaints. Just remember it is Florida and you are staying right on the water so there can be bugs of sorts. Bug spray at dusk is hand

Loved the whole experience! First Airbnb booking and couldn’t be more happy with money well spent. Place looked exactly how it did in photos. Tiny but yet so spacious & cozy. Concierge was amazing🤩, communicative and helpful. Special appreciation to campground security (Keisha) came by to check in our stay and make sure we were okay. Gave us all the local tips and activities to do there.

The outside looked like a nice place. When we walked inside we were astonished at how beautiful the inside is! This vacation home has been totally remodeled and updated. The living room is a nice size with two recliners and a couch that folds down to a bed. There is a full size kitchen just like home and fully stocked! There are plenty of cooking utensils pots pans baking dishes and bowls. Plenty of space in the dining room and also a work area there as well. The bathroom is a nice size and very clean. The bedroom is wonderful. The bed is so comfortable I have not slept that well in a long time. They do have an air purifier in there so that could have been why I slept so great. The three air conditioners kept the home plenty cool for us. I thought it was comfortable my husband wore a sweatshirt inside:) On the front deck there is a gazebo with a nice table and an additional table that's not under the gazebo. Flip those lights on at night time and it is SO beautiful along with all of the landscaping lights that shine in the trees. There is a fan in the corner of the gazebo for those nights that there's no air flow moving around. The grill doesn't look like much it could use a replacing but it sure cooked our lobsters just fine. The swimming pool was my favorite part. The water was perfect, the pool area is clean and the lounge chairs are comfy. Over at the docks there was a manatee that would come around about 4:30 in the afternoon every day over Labor Day weekend when we were there she had a baby that weekend. We met so many nice people that own their campers there. The management as well as all the maintenance people are the most pleasant folks to work with....but then there was "Steve" ! He was such a pleasure to visit with and I hope anyone visiting there has a chance to meet him as well. Book your stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent stay! 4th time staying here and its absolutely perfect for me, husband and our two kids ages 11 and 7. Beautiful apartment, gorgeous hotel with the best amenities, excellent communication with the friendly host - 10/10. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place. The best view! Looks just As described, AC works great!! (which was a concern) looking forward to staying here again! Oh the woman who is at the place you check in is so kind and amazing. (The internet was not working well, followed the directions for login and didn’t work, but not enough of an issue to stop me from booking again)

Beautiful space with incredible views, just as the pictures show. Spacious and light. The 1 Hotel is a great hotel with wonderful amenities - pools, beach access and restaurants and an easy walk down to South Beach. We loved our time staying here and would absolutely recommend to others looking for a beautiful place to stay while in Miami Beach

Where do I begin? The place is actually like the picture, beautiful. The RV park is clean and safe. The area is perfect, there’s plenty of things to do and places to eat. When we are able to island hop again , we would love to have the opportunity to stay there again.
